Any thoughts on who they'll pair him with in the Coliseum Collection? Monsoon seems like the most fitting choice but I get the impression non wrestlers aren't happening any time soon

I’m guessing his pairing would be not predictable, but possibly a deeper cut- with the thought being that Ventura would create sales. So maybe that’s where we would get someone like Samartino, Race or Bob Orton?

That being said I still don't see it being monsoon. Race would be cool, I already have the most recently elite King Harley so it wouldn't be top priority for me but I'd take it. Id be perfectly fine with any of those though id probably want Orton to be paired with Orndorff.

I guess we have a sign that things have been consummated. Look who just appeared in Super Card. I’m a non player but is there anyway to check out for latest releases of cards on this game? I know they release seasons or something I’ve seen on the Smackdown hotel I think it is.

Does it mean anything though? Macho Man Randy Savage had a new Supercard on August 28th and Ozer said he isn't under contract.

At this point I just look at Savage as a special case that doesn’t fit with the rest. Aside from him the inclusion in the mobile games lately have been a very good indication of a deal in place.

I heard it as people from the planned final wave being options- Bushwhackers, Barbarian, Smash, Brother Love. But I wouldn’t mind being proven wrong. And I’m sure the “rules” are fluid, regardless.

Seems like he should have been an obvious choice.

I read somewhere on the X replies also that Ric Flair is in the Royal Rumble tier. Does any of this mean anything though?

He absolutely should have gotten one or at least be in consideration if he wast already

Ive heard those names as well. I'm kind of curious if the bushwhackers are even on the table at this point considering the elites are identical to their LJNs minus the Doink heads obviously. Same with Brother Love, his legends figure is about what I'd expect minus the articulation, lapel, and extra heads

If Savage were signed, he would be another great option - they teamed together a bit when Savage first arrived in the WWF, so that sort of makes sense. Obviously, Adrian Adonis would make a lot of sense, but he's not signed. Snuka would have worked, but... you know... Him and Hogan (yellow and red attire) would be work as well, but would Jesse want to be paired with Hogan? Of the options, Chico seems the best one - if he's signed.

Personally Id prefer not to get a Hogan repaint so soon and if they do release a Hogan repaint Id want him released with Orton, Orndorff, Hillbilly Jim, or the least likely Captain Lou. Somehow Monsoon seems like the most likely option out of all of the names they currently have available

It's unfortunate but I can understand why Mattel might not consider Ultimate Bushwhackers a hot ticket enough item to put in production

Though, Hogan would go great with Orndorff or Hillbilly Jim - if they are looking for a big name to pair with them.

For sake of accuracy to the original line and to get a more obscure legend Id probably prefer Hogan to be paired with Jim, but I do hope we get Orndorff some day. Maybe he'll get paired with Orton towards the very end of the line

Maybe he'll get paired with Orton towards the very end of the line I hate to keep bursting bubbles, but I really don’t think Orndorff is an option anymore either. He has a Remco style figure and Galoob style figure coming from independent companies, and hasn’t had a Mattel in years.
