Jesse Ventura is at the top of my list of FTITL, next to Cyndi Lauper. However thinking about all the legalities it would take to sign him, it almost doesn't seem possible. It seems just a step above getting Jimmy Snuka in the line. To the point where I almost accept that the 1985 collection will have to be completed without him ever beeing in it. Like I was saying, inly way we’re going to get figures of people who has personal issues with a Vince McMahon is if Vince has no say at all anymore, and even then it’s something I wouldn’t ever bet money on, especially with how mattel wants to cancel people themselves for the smallest of things. |

I haven’t had any issues with Neca figures breaking. But Neca not finishing Dutch’s team has always felt like a huge failure to me. And I feel the same about not releasing a Taylor in their PotA line. Especially seeing they released him in the larger line with the cloth clothing. |

Randy from Neca has been trying to get Carl Weathers for their Predator line for years, even reaching out on Twitter a couple of years back. The likeness rights for that license are apparently seperate. Unlike the Rocky license they had, where they had no problem making Apollo Creed figures. |

Maybe one of those other companies can give us a jessie ventura figure.
As long as the head is in scale then it will be an easy custom.
Use doc hendrix as a base for jesse "the mind" ventura or billy graham as a base for jesse "the body" ventura

It’s easy to look back and say that now considering he’s not as involved as he once was. But that still doesn’t mean what control he has. And if Vince didn’t care if Jesse Ventura was in a deal with wrestling figures, then what you even said is irrelevant. And if again that’s the case then why hasn’t Mattel been able to acquire a lot of wwe figures of wrestlers from the past that has had issues with Vince McMahon? I mean that’s pretty obvious. |
