Wait, people out here actually care about rarity? "Most collectors"?
I don't know how to tell you this buddy but if you go onto pretty much any space I've seen in the figure world, "Most" collectors hate artificial scarcity. Jazwares is infuriating people with its chases. Store Exclusives and other figures that are impossible to come by due to distribution problems don't thrill people they disgust them. Not saying everyone, some people enjoy having the limited print figures. They feel special. But as far as "rarity", there's nothing inherently rare, or rather, there isn't SUPPOSED to be anything inherently rare out of most WWE figures. People hated the collector's edition Elites because they WERE rare. The store exclusives are loathed across the board because of distribution problems that make them difficult to acquire. None of these figures in the Greatest Hits series, UEs or Elites, was ever meant to be rare. They were just plagued with distribution issues that made them hard as hell to find (to the frustration of everyone)
Hate to say it, but if you're looking at them releasing sought after figures that were never intended to be rare in the first place as a problem, then you're probably in this hobby for the wrong reasons.

I hope they re-release the E16, RSC ECW, and RSC SES Punks if he comes back

None of my buying decisions are made with the intent to profit - in fact, this hobby is rapidly putting me in the poorhouse. I buy the figures that I want because they remind me of a time when wrestling was fun and good.... and I sometimes enjoy getting them autographed, again - not for profit but because I feel it makes my collection special. And I go nuts when it's impossible to find/acquire a figure that I really want.
