IF RSC were to let its customers know what's going on with delays, how would you want them to do it?
Comment in threads like these? Create new threads saying, "Hey, due to shipping delays beyond our control the items expected late January are now expected Mid/Late February. We will update you as we get more information."? Would you want email notifications? Or other?
I understand that RSC's inventory is being delayed and it's not their fault. I would prefer to be given updated than not be given any. I buy from RSC knowing that I will get what I paid for, eventually.

But for example, these figures still say "Expected: Late January" on the site, which we're charitably a week beyond. A general update of "Anyone who ordered Unmatched 8, the series is delayed for (insert expected delivery time)" or if not, say "delayed indefinitely" and they expect an update soon. |

This always seems to happen to me when I decide to actually preorder. I usually wait til in stock, but risk back order or sell outs in recent basic cases.

I don’t want to preorder anymore AEW figures. I’ll just get them when they say in stock or just pay a little more on eBay. Anytime I preordered a wave so far out something weird always happens. |
