As the title says...who do you put next to Cody Rhodes in Ultimate Edition 21?
I would have thought Rhea Ripley from Wrestlemania 39 but they would have revealed that at Ringside Fest.
NWA Dusty Rhodes?
Dusty Rhodes would be a good Ultimate, he can wear his robe from Starrcade 1985 and the NWA belt. In packaging the coat could be facing the back displaying the name "Dusty."
You could even go a step further and include the Dusty Rhodes memorial trophy as an accessory.

Aren’t UE’s sets of three now? If I were to guess it will be a legends and a female wrestler. Who they would be I don’t know. Personally I would go Piper and Rhea. |

Dusty and Bayley. Do Bayley in her Takeover Brooklyn attire with better scans and include the Dusty tribute head band.

I have a feeling we may get another UE Becky or Charlotte (before Bayley and Rhea etc.)...
I'd go with someone from the current roster like The Miz or Drew. Then I'd love a first-time UE Legend... Failing that though, give me an UE Hulk Still Rules, purple-gloved Taker or jean-shorts Austin.

If they do three Ultimates in UE21, I’d like to see Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens from Mania 39. Would fit since Cody played a part in reuniting Owens and Zayn, and that Cody in E21 is based off Mania 39.
Plus, there’s a ton of accessories they could include. In addition to alternate heads and hands, they can include the black hoodies they wore during their entrances, both sets of Tag Titles, and in the case of KO, they can include two different shirts; WrestleZAYNia/KOMania and the duct tape KO shirt.

There’s no one I’m dying to see as an ultimate. That being said, I’d buy blue singlet Andre, pretty much any Hogan or Warrior.

Was it confirmed that Cody was in U21? I thought they didn't specify a series in the video, just that he was a mainline Ultimate for next year. (I was working while watching though, so I may have missed it.) Either way, I would expect it to follow the same course with a Legend and a Woman's wrestler.

Cody, Dusty, Rhea seems like the easiest option. Two modern talents whose figures and merch are extremely hot now, and a Legend that's connected to one of them who might otherwise be an exclusive somewhere.
