There really needs to be some new blood to the legends line seems to be a little weak of late. Could say same for entire mattel line these days.

We’re due a new Brutus Beefcake in the Barber gimmick, hopefully with more detailed tights, duffel bag, and clippers.
I’d like a new Sid Justice, preferably Rumble 92.
If we’ve still got Boss Man, how about Big Bubba Rogers?
I’d love a good WCW Rick Rude, no mustache, with the much more detailed tights, but that might need an Ultimate Edition budget.

I was thinking more along the lines of Ravishing Rick Rude from Clash of the Champions 17 in his first match with Sting. Great airbrush tights design used in that match. Could come with a blue soft goods robe with "Simply Ravishing" logo. Either that or Jake the Snake Roberts in his tights from Royal Rumble 1990. But is Jake the Snake Roberts still under contract? No sign of him in the last few reveals and I don't think he has a supercard in the new series. Harley Race manager should come with two headscans, one with dark hair and one with blond dyed hair. They should be looking to sign Jushin Thunder Liger for the line next year. It shouldn't be that difficult really seeing that he is in the WWE Hall of Fame. |

Going by the theory that the SuperCard game current cards are valid for figures, along with previous figures that have been out and have been one and done, here are some ideas of who we could see in these lines soon.

They seem like they made an effort to sign some new legends but I just don’t think it’s hit us yet. Headbangers, Captain Lou, Madusa resigned, hillbilly Jim resigned, Steiners, Dudleys, I think there were some others, but I think the next 2-5 years we will see a lot of new figures. |
