While the majority of these suggestions would make great figures, I think the "defining moments" aspect has been tremendously overlooked, but Mattel strayed away themselves.
That said, my suggestions: DDP - Spring Stampede 1997 (April 6, 1997). The match that turned him into a megastar. New headscan or two, glossy tights. Honky Tonk Man - WWF Superstars (June 13, 1987). Intercontinental title win. New headscan, black & blue jumpsuit, guitar, 1987 version of IC title. Andre The Giant - Wrestlemania VI (April 1, 1990). Andre's last hurrah in the WWF. Goes out being cheered after being berated by Heenan. New headscan with longer hair and epic sideburns, navy molded singlet, new giant sized hands molds, tag title. Faarooq - Survivor Series 1996 (November 17, 1996). Debut of the NOD look. New skintone, headscan, removable hat and black entrance gear.

Pipe bomb Punk sounds like the perfect choice for the current star in the set. For the others, I'd go with legends: Superstar Billy Graham from the night he beat Bruno Sammartino for the WWWF title - green and white tie-dye trunks, green tie-dye shirt, yellow boots, and the same younger head they used for the previous Billy Graham figure. If they could add another head, I would do one of his facial expressions from mid-match when he's writhing in pain or pleading. If they could include the 1977 WWWF World Title belt, that would be great. Ricky the Dragon Steamboat - Chi-Town Rumble 89 - beats Flair for the WCW/NWA world title. Green tights and boots, green entrance gear, NWA/WCW World Title. Roddy Piper - RR92 - black shirt, blue and red kilt, new head sculpt with blonde hair, darker blue used for trunks, black kneepads, black boots, and IC Title. For accessories, they should definitely include the Mountie's shock stick. And even though it wasn't a part of the RR92 match, I wouldn't mind if they included the shock-proof vest he wore against the Mountie on SNME in 1992. Kind of torn on how they should pack him in the box, either pack him in the box with his entrance gear on like this: or like this, his after match pose: If not two of those, and if he were signed, both Jerry Lawler and Andy Kaufman from the Late Night Show with David Letterman would be great. Underneath their cloth goods attires could be their wrestling attires from their first match. If not the red and black tights for Lawler, since they've done that one before, they could do his blue tights from another match he had with Kaufman:

Throw me in for a Pipe Bomb Punk. And if they did do a Cactus Jack, it should somehow be from the night he "transformed" from Mankind into Cactus Jack live on TV. Yes! That was a great segment and would make a great figure.

Pipebomb punk posed sitting down Interestingly enough after a chat with Bill at a PCW show when he was highly intoxicated in 2018 I was told this actually exists in prototype hell. I have no proof other than Steve can confirm Bill was at this event (because he was too) And hammmmmmered lol he even joined in on my you killed Benoit chant at Sullivan. Lol (this was the Muta show in Jan 2018)
