He was strange for sure but it worked IMHO. I can see why Bobby would be a better fit or even Slick? but it was likely done to push the NDs into the new top babyface team spot....which they were totally unsuitable for. The Nasty Boys would have been a much better choice in the absence of LOD because of Hawks issues.

Shame Slick was the Reverend by the time they formed as his ''Doctor of Style'' character wouldve been interesting with em. Fits perfectly with the $$$ gimmick

I just thought Ted and IRS together being announced as new WWF Tag Champions on WWF Superstars of Wrestling in early 1992 was strange. They just went from having Sherri managing DiBiase, and Jimmy managing the Natural Disasters gunning for the tag titles, to now Jimmy Hart managing the new WWF Tag Team Champions in Ted DiBiase and IRS, Money Inc.

The thing I didnt like about the whole ordeal was how the Million dollar belt was abandoned with no explanation I know it didnt make sense for em to have it now since he was in a tag team but still.Virgil wins it in a big moment at MSG and 6 months later it just disappears

I guess it all came down to that now that Ted had a real legit WWF Title belt he didn't need the Million Dollar Belt anymore. But yeah, at SummerSlam 91 it was treated on par with the WWF Title with how exciting it was when Virgil won it from Ted.

Jimmy was a good fit for Money Inc.
I just never felt like he had the same impact as a babyface manager whether it was for a tag team or even singles with Hogan. He was a natural heel.

He was also the established " heel team manager" for Vince.
Dream team Funks Hart Foundation Rougeau Brothers Rhytm & Blues Nasty Boys Natural Disasters Money Inc
That's nearly as many teams as Brain, Fuji & slick combined managed.....
