You’re probably right, but the belt The Rock has is not really an official anything, sooner or later I would think they’d have to start including other championships, just for variety’s sake. I was just trying to come up with ways to get a purchase out of people who aren’t inclined to buy these. I had no plans to buy a Boss Man from his UWF days, no disrespect to the man, but I’ll pick one up for the UWF belt. I don’t even really know why, I just like the different belts. I have all the WWE ones in high quantity, but a brand new one gets an “ooh” from me. I think they took the advantage they had and put The Rock with the same belt they included in Elite 100. That's why I hoped Austin would have the Smokin Skull belt that was included in his first Defining Moments figure but unfortunatrly he does not. That was his second DM figure. The first is the same as the new MNW elite in the beer bath attire. Smoking Skull was also included with RSE with red lettered vest. |

Hopefully the smoking skull belt will be included when they make a proper SCSA ultimate edition.

Does anyone know when series 2 will come out in stores ? When Steve introduced them I think he said they will come out in the summer. This means we'll probably get two seies per year. |

I left a question regarding this line in the Q&A and Stevie replied that the line will still continue if it performs well. Based on the first two sets it seems that this line will consist of basic rereleases with existing elite and ultimate belts. Since they revealed some new titles I assume that in the third set we might see the new MITB Rollins with the world championship and some existing basic Cody with the undisputed title. Probably some legend will be the third figure. This is what I don't understand about Mattel. "We will continue the line if this does well..." "Here are all the same figures we have in the Main Event line and Champion Showdown." Why would we want to buy multiples of the same figure more or less lol Because everyday there’s new fans buying their first version so they are still going to sell. |

I don't have a problem with the fact that the line includes top names. But it would suck if repetition got into this line. The fact that they give as a certain belt with a superstar mostly assiciated with it is a pretty cool idea.

While it’s true that every day a new person buys their first figure, when you have the Top Picks, Champions, Championship Showdown, and Main Event being all very top guy heavy, I think oversaturation is a concern when it comes to some of these names. The Champions versions are superior to some of the previous releases of the same people, but they’re hitting after everything else, they thinned the herd before they launched.

These are really awesome figure choices again. Although I'm suprised they gave RAW belts instead of SmackDown belts to Usos.

Did anyone get hold of Basic Champions wave 2 which consists of Hogan, Austin and Cena? I already have wave 1 and was waiting patiently to get wave 2 from ebay (they are not available in my country). What I've noticed is that wave 3 started to appear eveywhere and there is still almost no sign of wave 2. It got me confused.

I’m surprised to hear some people are finding them with ease, I haven’t seen a single one in a store from any series, and they’re not readily available online either. One will pop up here or there and then they’re gone again.

Man I really want to get those Usos, but I wish so much that there was a way to paint match the Samoan skintone because these guys need cloth goods shirts to really pop and, while Mattel was kind enough to differentiate between the sleevecuts of Jimmy and Jey, they're still too chicken to give Jey his crop top.
