Still waiting on notice for ashante and Chad gable By the looks of it, Chad Gable has not arrived as a single order as on RSC, all of 106 is available now except the full set (which includes Gable) & Gable by himself. When I spoke to them, they said Gable would be in stock next week as I too have just Gable preordered & did so early on it going up for preorder. |

Ok, so, saw the pics in the other thread.
The head on the new Sami is one of only two salvageable things about that figure.
SO HOW DID THEY MESS IT UP THAT BAD???
Between Jey and Sami, how hard is it to do facial hair that doesn't look horrid??? Seriously, I shouldn't have to repaint the facial hair on my figures just to fix factory paint jobs. Did they mess up the coding on Sami's paint application machine or something and accidentally put in "Hair/Beard - Red, Mustache - Brown" rather than the way it's supposed to be??? (Hair - Brown, Beard/Mustache - Red). Like, just... WHY?
I can only hope that, with the lesser 'detail' of the upcoming basic, it means there won't be any two tone facial hair to worry about and if I want to repaint it I can do so much easier.
I'm already going to have to repaint the wrist tape....
ETA: I'm looking at the photos on RSC again, and this has to be some sort of production error. Like the dyes didn't mix right. The prototypes on the website do NOT have this problem at all. So either something went wrong between then and now or this is a factory error that (hopefully) will get a running fix later.
