Did anyone who bought the Coliseum Collection in the Buy One Get One Free deal get hit with Customs?
I've got Charges that may as well have me paying full price for both. Thought all charges were inclusive of the price and if not including Customs we are allowed up to £135 before a charge is added.
Feel completely ripped off as these were for a gift and now HMRC are shut I can't dispute the charge till after the holidays and if I want the item today (it's due date) I have to pay the charges plus and extra £15 for delivery on a sat.
This kind of crap puts you off collecting
