Ordered one raw ring and the rude coliseum set during the bogo deal. Recieved 2 raw rings instead, while im not upset I still wanted the figures, anyway I can still get the figures, would they make me ship the other ring back? Or should I just shut up and be happy with the two rings.

I would just be happy with the two rings and buy the Rude set separately if you still want it that badly as the ring is worth twice as much as the Rude/Jake set is. You could also always sell the ring and Kane and then use that to buy the Rude and Jake |

I get what you're saying. I'm not sure if they'd let you keep the second ring or not. You're definitely owed the figures you paid for, and you didn't ask for a second ring to be sent by mistake, so asking you to deal with return shipping is kind of a grey area (they may send you a return label, but should you even have to deal with it? Then again, it's not a cheap item, and you didn't pay for it). I'm not saying it's honest or that I'd do it, but I guess you could let them know you didn't get the figures without letting them know you got the extra ring. |

I'd try to see if Mattel would send you the set you want and let you keep it all - it has happened to me. If they say no, just order the set you want and keep the rings. They can't FORCE you to send the 2nd ring back if that's what you're worried about.

WB (?) did that to me a few years back when they sent me three Neca Adam West Batman figures instead of the two I ordered. The worst part was I had actually sent the third one back after receiving the third. But they started calling me saying they were going to charge me if I didn’t send it back even though I told them I did send it back. And they ended up charging me for the third. And then instead of crediting me back they sent me the third figure again after they realized I had returned it. It was a total cluster. |

You should just do the right thing and offer to send it back. It wasn't what you ordered. More times than not, companies will let you keep it anyways, but you should definitely at least offer it back.

They usually request you send the items back, unless you’re international in which case they say nothing can be done and offer $10 compensation 🙄🤦🏻♂️

Some of these responses are funny. (Like “do the right thing”). just contact MC, tell you ordered these 2 items and instead received these 2. At the very least, they will send you the correct item and give you a return label for the wrong one. Maybe you get lucky and they say keep the other item too. But you did not receive the two items your ordered, so def contact them

I might just end up repurchasing the figures on their own Only way that could possibly happen is if they send you a label to mail it back and you don’t. Otherwise, it 100% can’t and wouldn’t happen. You would easily be able to dispute that with your credit card company anyway Don’t overthink this, just give them a call and tell them what happened |

Let them know you received the incorrect order and see what they say.
Best case scenario is they let you keep the ring and send you the figures. Worst case is they send you a shipping label to send it back.
