Or they are smart enough to not make their big convention figure someone that the majority of the world hates. Idk. lol. This guy. If not slobbing up Punk, he’s gaslighting the boards trying to get solid threads locked. Ive always thought this was triple s's alt account , same snarky attitude

I don't think Muhammed Ali moved the needle at all - nobody seemed to care, and I'd say it's questionable if Mr. T moved the needle either.... I'm not sure what else it would be with these hints. Mr T created buzz and sold out in minutes.Ali definitely has been the most divisive but it definitely got people talking. Also I think had Ali been just the boxer and ref sold separately it woulda went over a lot better. Forcing people to pay $70 when a good majority only wanted one or the other I think turned many away. And for someone claiming they don’t want to be the one to spoil it, those hints do seem to be very on the nose. So either Kyle doesn’t know what spoiling means or he threw a curveball with his hints. Not quite that quick. Sold out within an hour on EE.

Still, sold out relatively quickly.

I don’t like either candidate, but I think a Donald J Trump figure would be hilarious.

I don’t like either candidate, but I think a Donald J Trump figure would be hilarious. I don’t care about politics one way or another but they canned Strongbow and Wrestlemania 23 RVD. Mattel is smart enough not to touch him. The only politician that even remotely has a shot of getting a figure is Ventura and even then I highly doubt it’ll be a governor figure. Though I’d love a Summerslam 99 ref Jesse. (Though I wouldn’t be mad about an Arnold elite)

Yeah without getting political Trump would be extremely controversial. He’s easily the most polarizing human being I’ve ever witnessed in my 48 years on this planet. You either have blind devotion to him or you hate him with all your being. There is no in between. At least here in the US. Not sure how the rest of the world views him. I’d imagine somewhat polarizing as well. So even if some sort of licensing deal could be reached, I doubt Mattel would ever consider making a figure of him.

And I urge us to put a pin on this talk getting too political/divided. I could see this thread unraveling fast if we don’t keep our allegiances in check. Please?

I'm a little surprised nothing has leaked yet. The anticipation is killing me I remember two years ago when pics of Zeus got leaked. Some people doubted it was legitimate, saying it was a customized Mr. T figure. Two days until we can stop speculating, thank goodness.

If it is HBK, I really wish it was in a two pack with Bret, though then this place would fill up with post about how bad the heads are.

I am happy for those that want HBK, but I still have my heart set on Tyson.

where’s it been announced it’s gonna be Thursday? I don't know, but Mattel started announcing some DC Hot Wheels cars as SDCC exclusives, so Thursday sounds right for us. I would guess this week for 99.9999% certain.

I would guess this week for 99.9999% certain. Yeah, a couple of Batman exclusives were already announced. 1. Hot Wheels Batmobile Collector Set. Included in the set will be Batmobiles from the Batman 1966 TV series, Batman 1989, Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Forever, Batman Begins, and The Batman. Each will include a figure of their respective Batmans. The set will sell for $50. 2. Fisher Price Little People Batman 85th Anniversary: I Am Batman Set. The set will include Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale, Ben Affleck, and Robert Pattinson versions of the Caped Crusader. The set will for $40. I still want to see the Hulkster, but I’m doubting it highly at this point, due to those clues. Edit: The cost for the Fisher Price exclusive is listed at 50.00 on the Mattel site, so that place I copied and pasted from initially may have gotten the 40.00 price wrong.
