Pretty much the only guy I can think of who is truly done is Big Bossman. Short of releasing updated articulation stuff, there isn't really much else to do with him. Outside of that, you definitely can't say The Rock is done now, not with his return. They are gonna make a whole slew of new figures from this stuff. Austin, as far as Stone Cold goes, there are still looks to be made. That two man power trip figure could easily be made an elite. I don't recall if we've ever had Heel Stone Cold in the red and black gear but that would be another. I can't remember if I saw it was being done of not but Beer Bath Stone Cold needs a redo/rerelease. And overall the number of jorts Austin figures, for a guy who wore jorts a lot, is pretty low. And that's just SCSA, not counting other promotions looks. There are a ton of figures yet to be made and I think that it's hard to say anyone is quite done. After all, we're getting a Sultan figure. I don’t think they nailed the thinner Boss Man with the loose fitting shirt. I wouldn’t mind them giving that look another go. Maybe with soft goods. There’s also Big Bubba from JCP and the DoD and nWo versions along with Ray Traylor post nWo. Plus the Guardian Angel gimmick.

That's valid, we should at least get that.

Abnormally tall legs and skinny torsos for 300 lb guys should be done.

Pat Patterson. I'm surprised they never made one of him during his first IC Championship reign

I feel like they've pretty much knocked out all the lesnar looks from over the years. Maybe we could see a red/black shorts updated figure.

I think what people are missing here is not what attires / era hasn’t been covered, we can all list plenty
But who have we got satisfactory attires / eras from
Yeah we could have s big bubba but would that take precedence over say a mid 90s Steiner? Remember ever figure in the line takes up a spot and there’s people who yeah we could have another look for but do we want it to take up a valuable slot?
Imo there’s 2 boss man iconic looks. Anything after that is filler but when there’s people signed like the steiners who we have much more iconic looks for then yeah I’d say personally boss man is done.

Realistically, it's hard to declare anyone "done" with the way they can improve figures now with better heads and articulation.
To me it's more what looks of a certain star are done...like, We've gotten enough early 90's Undertaker figures at this point we really don't need any more.
I'm definitely satisfied with Razor Ramon too, they literally covered all his best looks perfectly.
Maybe Rick Rude? They got his career covered nicely and the perfect Ultimate. Same with Jake Roberts.
Goldberg is another one they covered all his looks perfectly outside of maybe a street gear elite which I don't really think is "necessary". I wouldn't hate an ultimate WWE version with that NEXT t-shirt, big gold and the half white/black bikers....but really he's got a perfect assortment
The Hurricane is covered, but I'd like a Gregory Helms solo run even though it's highly unlikely since they stopped the Ruthless Aggression line
Even guys like Dusty Rhodes and Tatanka could have modern look figures made. But they covered their main careers nicely
Kane is another one who's basically had every major look done. But I'm sure they will do some Greatest Hits Kane's down the road

Ok can be. But does it need to be? Personally i worry the line is going into overkill mode. This is why many other figure lines died as well. You can only get so many of the same guys before you get bored. After 500 vaders, spiderman, spawn, hulk, turtles, optimus prime, cobra commander, r2-d2, etc Too much is too much. For example today i found the new superstars figures. They had 4 hulks hanging still. Someone else bought the doink and andre instead. Same thing at target with elite series 21, 3 hulk were still hanging but andre was sold out. People vote with their wallets. Id rather they make some obscure characters now while wwe is atill hot. Now or never as they say. Hogan can wait even if somwone has to have their 165th version i feel.

As much as I want people to have the figures they want, and at risk of drawing the ire if theman, I really do think they are overdoing it on the Hogan's. They say it's the 40th anniversary of Hulkamania but, ok, what was your excuse to this point? There's a reason we call it "giving someone the Hogan treatment" and that's because nobody else is getting that but him. I get that Hogan is a big name and "moves merch" but sorry. We do not need this many Hogans. They've burned him out at this point.

To be fair, a lot of this is just Mattel playing catch-up... they've only really had access to Hogan again these last 2-3 years and he's arguably the biggest name in pro-wrestling history - so of course, they're going to pump out a lot of figures while they can. It's not like Macho, Warrior, Taker etc. where they've had access to them from day 1.
