Just watched a review on this and it’s a Great figure but why did they pick the dark skin tone for Warrior? I feel like they should have gone for the hot dog tan instead or somewhere in between hot dog and existing. I don’t ever remember Warrior to be darker than Hogan. It’s going to look really off next to my older Warriors. Very odd decision.   |

This is Bill remember. Same guy who chose salmon instead of pink for the WCW Bret, and piss green for Cody instead of bronze gold.
Just don’t buy any older Warriors and you’ll be all good 👍

I’ll be honest, I think the new Warrior looks great. Mind you, I usually call out Mattel for their inaccuracies. I just wish we’d get a Roman Reigns with a lighter skintone and stick to the lighter complexion for Eddie Guerrero.

The first issue is that you’re watching Kyle Peterson reviews. Lol
But yes, I agree warrior should not be tanner than Hogan but it’s not that big of a deal. The neon colors probably pop better with a tanner warrior than What they usually use.
The figure looks great & thr non-screaming head is a great likeness to warrior.
A Tad to tan? yeah, but still looks good so eh whatever.

It’s tanner than I would have liked but while I was happy with the original skin tone people were asking them to make Warrior figures darker for a while now so there you go. Either way it’s a great looking figure.

Is it a bit too dark? Probably, but I don’t think it’s awful. But I’m not a Warrior guy so I wasn’t going to get it anyway.
