Off this list I'd say Tyson, LT, and Rodman. But otherwise I'd easily buy Cyndi Lauper, Andy Kaufman, and Bob Uecker.

One of the names that never gets brought up and was probably some of the best heel work in celebrity history is K-Fed. Heck, he was a better heel than most people on that roster at the time. I would definitely buy him. Probably more so than most of the names on that list. His run was around the time when my daughter was getting into wrestling. I took her to the Cyber Sunday PPV where Cena vs Show vs Booker main evented and Federline interfered costing Cena the match.

I want all of them, but my top 3 would be Mike Tyson in DX gear, Dennis Rodman in nWo gear, and Donald Trump from WrestleMania IV or V.

Rodman, Tyson, LT, Arquette, and then just purely out of selfishness to get a great modern figure of him, Pee Wee Herman. Would actually really like a Pamela Anderson, too, but maybe more of a Zombie Sailor want. Chuck Norris or Snoop would both rule, as well. This is a good list.
