I've been waiting on my package from RSC since Cyber Monday. I saw that the order was finally marked as shipped today but I never got a confirmation email. I go to my account at RSC and click on the tracking number and the USPS says that the postage is counterfeit, and I will have to contact the merchant. Any advice?

if youre looking for similar experiences, i cant say that ive experienced that with Ringside.
ive had multiple ebay orders ive gotten scammed on where the tracking says it was delivered to my city/address but i NEVER see the package in my box and even ask my neighbors to keep an eye out for a package for me.
in your case i would reach out to ringside via email and get the details sorted out.

I have never had any issue with ringside. Definitely contact them asap.

***UPDATE*** RSC has already replied with an update. This is a known issue with USPS and should update by tomorrow. I have been ordering from RSC for two years now, and I can honestly say that this was a first for me as well. Awesome customer service! Thank you to all that replied!

Guys, this is something on USPS end. Hopefully when these scan it will be rectified. Ringside has accounts with the shipping partners that they use which automatically take payment when a label is scanned so it's literally impossible for them to even do that, not to mention Ringside would never even fathom doing such a thing to their customers and risk their business. I am not sure why the heck the USPS is showing that message but I assure you it is in error. It should really show "label created" or something like that and by tomorrow it should show the initial post office scan as received. It's just so weird and it's only to some customers not all. Very very odd.

Heads up... I believe tracking updated and it's all good. Check your tracking again. If it's still showing the same thing hopefully as mentioned before it will be updated by tomorrow.

I didn’t know that was a thing. I had a similar situation, but I figured some methhead stole it because I lived in a sketchy area. I opened a mailbox at a UPS store and had all my packages delivered there. Never had an issue again. |

My back order of Survivor Series Jerry Lawler and a few other figures shipped out Monday evenings and I did initially get that counterfeit message, but Tuesday afternoon it had updated to be arriving Friday at the latest. I am expecting delays, but so far mine says Friday. Last check said it left the Metro NY Distribution Center this morning. |

I've had the bouncing back and forth between distribution centers happen a few times with Amazon packages. Very strange.

I have no idea what's going on with the USPS and the storm is throwing them off even more. Hopefully they will get their act together soon. Even at my house, and the rest of the neighborhood haven't receive any kind of mail in two days. It's not even that bad here either. Just a couple inches of snow, if that. and yes some ice but come on. The streets are not that bad, main roads are fine, my street had some ice but the sun hit it good today and it's mostly gone. Everyone shoveled too. I broke my zipper on my favorite jacket the other day and looked for the same one. The only place I found the jacket was on ebay. Color is different but same exact one. And coming via USPS. Supposedly tomorrow. We'll see about that. lol
