I heated up the arms to pop off, and popped off the head as well.
These shirts are tight. Like, really, really, really tight. I'm only using the velcro shirts going forward.

I put the arms all the way up and just gently wiggle the shirts off. I've done it several times with no issues

I don't because I find the ABS plastic in Mattel torsos tends to be weaker then most figures I work on. I've slightly warped a couple torsos on accident after leaving in too long. With a hair dryer, I can just concentrate the heat on the bicep. I slid over the head after everything was off. It was not easy. |

Played it safe and used a hair dryer to heat it up a bit all over. I took off the head, arms, and legs, so I was left with a limbless, headless, Husk Hogan.
Then, I slid the shirt off down and off the torso very easily.
I put the shirt on an Ultimate 13 Hogan. It’s perfect on an Ult. 13.
Then I Ultimized Hound Dog, and turned the Elite Hogan into a classic red and yellow, and put that one in the 40th Anniversary box.
So far so good with this set.
