Savage overall. He has a better arsenal of moves and, as convincing a performer as Flair was, he was also hokey at times with his whole wobbly legs/fall face down on the mat schtick, whereas Randy was always 100% intense, no messing around in the ring. Two of my all-time top 5 though and I wish we would have got 2 PPV showdowns between them in 1992. Have Flair win at WM8 with the brass knuckle move they use anyway, which would have helped massively to get Flair over with the WWF crowd as the heel champion, and then have the rematch as Summerslam rather than the rather odd angle with Flair and Perfect just wandering around the ringside and confusing everyone.
