As a kid, I had a ton of them and opened and played with them all.
I do remember they had a smell when you opened them but dont recall it specifically. But I'm pretty sure, it was nowhere as toxic smelling as some of the Neca & Mcfarlane figs I've opened.
Never opened one as an adult.
