I'm not gonna lie, if every etailer out there had an option for "Do Not Send Chase" I'd be thrilled because I've had to go buy regular legends figures on the secondary market because target dot com doesn't give you that option and I'm not buying a figure that I want the regular version of and get stuck with a chase because I don't have a target to return it to.

Would it really be considered "chase" packaging if you specify that you want that specific packaging? At that point, Mattel would have to afford for two types of packaging for each figure depending on customer choosing. It would seem to be cost prohibitive, either that or we will be charged $45 per figure to offset the cost.

They could just do a "no chase" option where people who don't want the black cards wouldn't get them, while those that do or don't care would be a normal random chase. Not sure if that's totally feasible.
