Whatever they decide to show us. There is no priority list and I’ll be happy with whatever they show. They don’t owe us anything within any specific timeframe. They show it whenever it’s ready or they feel is the right time to show it. I’ll either buy it, or I won’t. I agree with this, and would add.... "I'll either be able to find it in stores, or I won't buy it".... Are you my twin? Echo your comment. Im happy with 100% of any golden era wrestler they add to the line. I will buy them all. It just worries me that at this pace ill have to wait till im 100 for even just 25% of them. I just want to see less repeats and more diversity (no pun intended).

Wrestlemania Priority - Don't friggin wait until Wrestlemania to show off the Sami and Kevin Ultimates. I swear I'm getting really REALLY tired of them shipping out my Sami and Kevin figures before they ever show final products and, in the case of the basic Kevin, I believe it was in hand for people before they showed so much as a render.
You can't do this. It was bad with basics, don't pull this crap with Ultimates. Stop forcing people to order figures blind and not show what they are getting until they arrive. It's utter horsecrap and really shady business practice. These are not blindbox figures. Let people see them first, then decide.
Yes I'm mad about this but at this point what do you expect from me? I have this silly thing about wanting to know what the thing I paid for is gonna look like before it arrives. But maybe that's just me.

Don't force people to choose between blind pre-ordering and risk missing out. If you put it up for pre-order, you at least show a render.

I go these places and find nothing but empty shelves or no wrestling figs at all. To the point where I'm tired of wasting my time & gas driving around to places that just refuse to stock wrestling toys more than a couple times a year.

You're implying WWE tells Mattel they can't show off even renders of product before they solicit preorders? Seems unlikely unless it was a special clause preventing spoiling storylines, but Mattel is always well behind storylines, so that seems unlikely as well. And if they did have some kind of hard line on when to show renders, they could just wait to solicit preorders until then.

Harley Race. They have him signed, so hopefully we get something. Best bets, an NWA Harley Elite, a retro, and the Superstars line. I would love a Starrcade 83 two pack with Flair.

Like you if i dont find it i am at the point where i just wont bother anymore to pay double for them on ebay or elsewhere. If i drive anywhere it is to target where i usually always walk out with something even if not wrestling related. I have not found anything at burlington or ross but i remember going to a superstore outlet outside of new jersey and they had tons of toys. For the most part unless we live in california or texas chances are most of us won't find anything. Having spoken to a regional walmart rep she explained to me that some stores never get anything new as they are in process of liquidation and closing in the future and many are low volume and if their inventory is stacked in the back than they wont receive anything new until the old stock sells through. Hopefully ollies will receive more than just ric flair and hogan to help those low volume stores sell through. It seems dibiase is a pegwarmer in many places with the rock. Where you located?

Realistically, I think the following overall would get the most positive reactions (Not necessarily a list of my own wants, though they do intersect):
1. CM Punk. Obviously nothing physical is going to be ready yet, but some Punk announcements would be great. Maybe a render of a basic of his Survivor Series return (could even have a chase in different promo street clothes), a render of his RR gear for a later date and/or a rider of a GH figure re-relase for later in the year. Ultimate (no pun intended) cherry on top there would be the announcement of an MC made-to-order Ultimate figure (MITB 2011?). 2. Steiners. People here frothing at the mouth theorizing about these for both sensical and nonsensical reasons, and if they're not announced it's going to overshadow whatever is. 3. A jumpstart to the MNW line. Between the issues with the Hall in the first wave and the Rey replacement in the second wave, this line feels a bit snakebit. Some good reveals for the rest of series 3, plus showing Harlem Heat would be a good way to get it on track. 4. Quasi-related to 3, I hope to see some renders and lineup announcements of the names we know have signed Legends deals (Dudleyz, Headbangers, PIllman as a render, etc.) 5. The rumored ECW presence in the line.

I’m telling you (and anyone else who may be confused) that once the line-ups are revealed, retailers can sell anything. If it’s changed/cancelled, they can offer refunds. Consumers can also cancel at any time. They’re selling a pre-order of an item. It’s your choice as the consumer whether to pre-order that item or wait.

Delaware. I too have checked the Ross, Burlington, Ollie's, and found Nothing. Walmart's shelves are empty. Target's shelves are empty. A stray Greatist Hits Elite here or there but that's it. Two weekends in a row. And they were empty before that. I was absolutely IRATE yesterday when this Walmart ad was on my facebook feed: YES I know this is a 3rd party seller..... BUT they're selling a "Walmart Exclusive" product..... that's been found an almost ZERO Walmarts.... that was NEVER Offered to the public online by Walmart..... for more than DOUBLE the price. On Walmart's own website? C'mon..... I mean - for crying out loud - Will Walmart PRICE MATCH..... Walmart on this? I just don't understand how Walmart can allow this to continue. Over and over and over again. Pardon my language, but this is HORSECRAP. And it's crap like this that really turns me off to this hobby. And no, I won't pay a penny over retail for it and if I can't get it for retail price? I'm just not going to get it. I have plenty of figures already.

Sadly I don't think it's a case of Walmart allowing it specifically. Third party sellers on walmart can charge whatever they want for whatever they want, walmart allows it across the board. It's not limited to walmart exclusive items. Also, in the past, if items that are store exclusives don't sell, they are often picked up by other retailers. Add on top of that that these third party retailers effectively act as a secondary market, then the legalities of telling third party sellers on walmart's website what they can and can't sell gets pretty impossible to manage into "third party sellers on walmart dot com can't sell walmart goods." There's nothing walmart can do about this one, I fear. There's too much legalese that Walmart would have to negotiate that would be massively unprofitable for the company on a broader scale, plus it would get very messy because, again, the third party sellers selling this stuff are technically part of the secondary market. Walmart is allowing it because they don't have a choice.

Priority therefore is to stock the shelves!!! Still wondering what will be on the wrestlemania shippers at wLmart. No reply from steve on that one yet. Maybe the walmart preorder preview tomorrow will shed light on that. For me preorder means its in walmarts warehouses already. Last years wrestlemania shippers were small and uninteresting. With so many big names in the lineup now i hope mattel puts out several endcaps. The wwe and cody are at their most popular period in years. Would be a mistake for them not to capitolize on that.
So yeah priority: get product in stores one week before the event... sadly that depends on how quickly the regional team resets each store for the 2nd quarter. Last year shippers mainly arrived after wrestlemania weekend. A shipper before and the day after would make the most sense.

But Mattel must be telling them it's okay to put up pre-orders before renders, because we don't see that happen with G I Joe, Transformers, MOTU Origins, or Marvel Legends. I don't even see that with Jada, Boss Fight, Four Horsemen, or Super7.

Used clothing? It's not the wild west, and it's not Ebay..... Surely Walmart owns their own website and can police what is sold there. And what the hell kind of way is that to run a website? I don't go there to buy crap from random people - I go there to buy WALMART products. If I wanted random trash from people I'd go to Ebay. But the simpler solution is...... just make your "exclusive" product AVAILABLE? Somewhere? I don't know, IN STORES, or ONLINE? That would make this all go away.

But the simpler solution is...... just make your "exclusive" product AVAILABLE? Somewhere? I don't know, IN STORES, or ONLINE? That would make this all go away. Sadly, third party sales on major websites seem here to stay. Walmart does it, so does Amazon, I believe Target does it as well. That's not going anywhere. However, with things like weapons and used clothing, it's a matter of NO weapons and NO used clothing can be sold on the website. Very easy to police. Saying "These figures here that are store exclusives for us and are designed for us to sell directly to the customer" and just those figures can't be sold on third party... that's a bit trickier, especially because, right now, you go on there and it's very easy to buy TARGET exclusives from third party sellers. Really, it's not that they can't police the site. They could easily make a rule in the TOS that you can't sell walmart branded products via third party. But good luck enforcing that for something that isn't specifically walmart branded, but is a walmart exclusive line from a different manufacturer. Frankly, it's more time, money, and effort both legally and otherwise than Walmart is going to invest in what amounts to a fancy version of ebay that just happens to only sell buy it now NIB items (that may or may not have been returned or tampered with). But yes, the solution is make the exclusives actually available. If you could go to the store and buy the figures, or if walmart preorders were worth half a spit, then nobody would care about overpriced third party sales. ETA: Btw: The legalities of blocking walmart exclusives from being sold by third party sellers on walmart would pose a very interesting legal conundrum to OTHER websites which also sell walmert exclusives via third party, frequently using the same 'storefronts' as the ones on Walmart.
