Well today’s the day and still no shipper. I never had faith, but whatever. Went to one of my Walmarts and they had them on an end cap facing the back wall, so I’m assuming they all may not be put out in a shipper. |

Finally came across the Wrestlemania Shipper Today!
There were 5 Paul Bearer's but none of them were the chase unfortunately and that's all I'm looking for out of Elite 106
They had all of the Monday Night Wars series 1. I thought maybe when I saw them in person I would change my mind and buy them but nope. Not buying any of those mid figures. I'll save my criticisms of that series for another thread
They also had all of the Wrestlemania series. I almost bought the Rock and John Cena because I need those two to finish Nicholas but they were $24.79 and I can get them on Amazon right now for $22.97 so there was no point
They also stocked Elite 105 on the shelves which was exciting. Looks like they stocked two cases but the only figure I'm still looking for in that series, Carmelo Hayes, wasn't there. I'm having a hell of a time finding that figure
So I came away with nothing but it was still exciting to actually see a store with more than a couple figures in it.

I have now seen four shippers, three of which were completely full & untouched. After my experience yesterday, at two Walmarts, the distribution appears to be doing well. Saw 145 & 146 basic, the new AEW, with Ring of honor CM punk & Brody King, and last week, the new superstars with Doink.

So, all over the place you always see aew exclusives on the shelf, more often than not.
Where's the disconnect between Mattel and Walmart. Is this fully on Walmart? Or is it really Mattel's fault?
But, you will always see that barbie exclusive on the shelf. 🧐🤔 I truly have no clue, at this point I will no longer hold Walmart accountable.
Yup, this is Mattel's fault until proven otherwise.
The sad part? Mattel can talk all they want, but at the end of the day, they are not holding Walmart accountable, so the blame fully goes to Mattel 100%
Why does a particular Walmart in bum *** out skirts of death valley get a whole ENTIRE endcap of RA ultimates, but my store in a decent sized area get not even a case on the shelf pegs?
Don't get me started on the Canadian liquidator who had to of made close to 40 grand on that pallet of flashback baf series.
My mind won't be changed until change happens.
This is Mattel's fault 💯

Eddie & Rey were of no interest to me - but the stores where I saw them had 2 of each. I saw a store that had two Kurt Angles (I passed on that one too). I never saw Ultimate Andre or Ultimate Razor Ramon at ANY retail store.... Never saw Ultimate Brock or Ultimate RVD at any store (my brother found them for me). I'm fully expecting Piper/Bret to be the same ratio (2 or less) - - - and that doesn't bode well for finding these. One person gets there before me & they'll both be gone. This thread does raise a valid question - I still blame Walmart, but how come they don't seem to care about over-stocking these damn AEW exclusives? Why do they act like they'll go bankrupt if they order too many WWE Ultimates and skip over NUMEROUS WWE Elite series but have no qualms about stocking these Jerichos & Kingstons up to the ceiling? And why does Target do this so much better? |
