More WM stuff during it's season...under 30 days away from big WM40!
What are your guys opinions on WM21? Back in 2005... Great? Good? Bad? Classic? Average? Lame? Boring? Amazing? Legendary?
For me it's gotta be one of the best ever. Many great matches & moments. Legends, top guys, new talent, past,present,future etc all on one show. It's hard to go wrong with it tbh.
HBK vs Angle, Taker vs Orton, first ever MITB Ladder match, Eddie vs Rey, HHH vs Batista... all good stuff. Cena vs JBL sucked but Cena winning his first WWE Title was cool. Austin on Pipers Pit & Hogan returning was also very fun. Epic HOF class as well!!

Definitely a really good one but I didn't watch the sumo match or JBL/Cena cause I couldn't careless about JBL or Cena.
Everything else was really good to great and Austin/Piper segment was a good one.

I didn't care for the entire event, but the first ever MITB ladder match was amazing!
I never liked the Eddie vs. Rey matches, Cena vs. JBL was meh, and we all knew Batista was gonna win the main event.
HBK vs. Angle was a treat and a half to see though!

D+ not one of my favs as i had lost interest around 2003, but we still ordered it and enjoyed it because its a wrestlemania. hbk/angle was only match i really enjoyed and looked forward to.  |

A bit of a weird one, I remember being very excited for this, I bought three frozen pizzas and cooked them all at the same time. In what universe I was going to be able to eat that many pizzas I do not know, but I went all out with my snacks for this WrestleMania!
HBK vs Angle had me so pumped up and I remember after the match many people were saying it was the greatest match ever. To be honest, I thought it was good, but not great, perhaps my expectations were way too high. I actually think the rematch they had at Vengance was better.
I was also excited for Eddie vs Rey, but it never clicked and if I remember right, this is the match where Rey kept filling with his mask.
John Cena was a guy that I was well and truly behind during his rise and the slow turn of Batista was just awesome, but neither of those matches were anything that great, well apart from Motorhead playing Triple H down to the ring of course.
I thought Hogan coming out was fun as was the Austin and Piper stuff, plus the Money in the Bank was a real novelty.
I have tried to watch this one a couple of times and it just feels kind of flat.
One thing that is kind of cool is that I met Batista at an autograph signing at HMV in Newcastle after this and he signed my DVD insert of this show so that is pretty awesome to have.

First Mania that I watched and owned on disc, so total bias. But it ruled. If only we had gotten Lita to face Trish.
