One or two figures I've gotten with the knee joint poorly fastened, basically falling off. It's a heat and treat job but I've not the energy for it.
Soooo many locked up left shoulder joints recently! Doudrop I bought during Black Friday is done for.

I haven’t had a figure break since the first DM Macho Man I purchased had a fused hip because of excessive glue got into the hip joint. Took it back to Target for a replacement.

I’ve got around 500 figures and fortune enough to say I’ve never had one to break on me.

With some of the older figures I would have some figures that would have something loose in their ab crunch , so everytime I would move or shake the figure you could hear the piece moving around on the inside. Now the new figures , I’ve had the issue where some of the heads pop off of the body really easily. Happened recently with an elite John Cena and the ultimate Roman reigns .

Yes a few superstars figure. I had one break at the knee joint. Also had a u.warrior elite break at the armpit. Love the mattel line but jakks figures were much more durable and better made.

I swear around 2014 most of the elites with the smaller torso (think Jericho, HBK, Punk, etc.) and smallervarms had an issue where you can’t rotate the left shoulder in a full circle without it cracking something inside. It still persists to this day. I’ve got probably 100 figures with the small body-small arm combo where you can rotate the right shoulder 360 degrees until the cows come home, but the left shoulder can only move from ski jump pose to historical German salute and anything beyond that range is not possible. I can raise my left arm higher.

I can tell you I had that problem with almost all of my Cena Elites. Elite 20 and BAF John Laurinaitis both have very loose heads. On top of that all of those Cenas can't stand. Really annoying. I saw someone posting here that qtip wool could work if to stuff the space.

The heads are way too loose on a few of mine. I bought a Hogan yesterday from the Luger build a fig and the Hulksters head just falls right off. I had the same thing happen with a few others too. My 123 kid from the 3 pack is one that comes to mind. The head doesn’t stay on. Anyone else noticed this happening?

I've had some of my recent KO figures that are essentially bobbleheads. The heads don't usually fall off but there is no tension in the neck joint at all. his head just sort of falls forward and stays there.
I think the one I gave up and shoved sticky tack down the peg hole to try and fix it.

Only instance for me with a Mattel WWE fig was legends Vader had a loose torso. That's it.
Instances of figures literally breaking as I'm taking them out of the package go to DC Direct (multiple times lol) and Sota.
And I've had severe looseness on Super 7 Ultimates. As well as the ultrasonic welding not really binding the torso halves together. So the torsos start to split as soon as you move the arms. They never break outright but, it leaves a noticeable gap.

I got a E105 Roxanne Perez that had the torso and abdomen backwards. Her belly button and ribs were on her back.

I wrapped one of those tiny clear rubber bands that come with some figures around his neck peg to create a stopper between the peg shaft and the torso’s neck hole. It’s still a little floppy, but nowhere near as bad.

It’s gonna be funny if when the new punks come out and one of their arms breaks from being too tight
