Good Lord! That is a truly hideous shirt even for early 90s fashion standards. 😂 Another thing that is impossible to overlook and a big reason why this show still resonates with a lot of old school fans despite the actual card not being very good, the venue is absolutely iconic. One of the most aesthetically-pleasing WrestleMania settings ever. 10/10

I would have liked it a lot more if Hogan and Beefcake won the Tag Titles and Bret retained the WWF Title.
But it is what it is.

I actually liked Hogan winning the belt lol A lot of people did man!! Its like at KOTR 93....wrestling revisionist history would have you believe that the crowd was cool on Hogan. He got the biggest reaction of the night.

Id be in & out then until 1996 when it kicked off huge again.

WCW was hot & WWF was slowly getting better... business was still bad for WWF tho, but the quality was slowly improving for me. I still enjoyed Hogan in 92/93 while many people hated em lol.

Bret vs Savage would have been one of the best main events in WM history...it should have happened at WM9.

He got the biggest reaction of the night. I am in the same group; I was ecstatic when Hogan surprisingly won the title. At that time, I still hadn't "bought in" on Bret Hart being a solid main eventer, and Yokozuna was such a classic heel.... No one expected "Hulkamania" to run wild once again and it was glorious! I enjoyed Wrestlemania 9! To be very honest, I was thinking about this over the weekend - Wrestlemania 9 often gets blasted as "worst Wrestlemania ever" but personally I hated almost everything about Wrestlemania 11. LT vs. Bigelow just didn't seem like a Wrestlmania Main Event to me. I just looked over the card and it's mostly forgotten..... can you list all the undercard matches off the top of your head? Most people remember every bit of Wrestlemania 9......
