Teddy is pretty cool, the heads all look too big though, and Nash looks like Buddy Christ from Dogma. If you leave his hat and hair off you could probably get away with nWo Arn Anderson and cut a promo about your dog Spot and your average carpentry skills I guess. Can't unsee it now. I’m a big fan of the swappable hair concept, but I hope this doesn’t mean figures with that feature will look like bobbleheads.

Oof that Nash is rough.
Still, I'd love to have him (and Hall to fix up) and Fake Diesel had long been a want of mine but really the standout from this set is Teddy.
I forsee a ton of people selling off the BAF parts or completed BAF for way more than the value of the actual figures would be.

Why does Nash even have a removable cloth shirt? Was it just cheaper than making a new shirt mold?
