One is early 92, before his real neon cowboy era. The other is yeah technically the era, but he’s not even wearing a neon cowboy attire. He’s wearing his ripped tights attire he popularised later in wcw. How is early-92 before the neon cowboy era? Anything post-Macho King (and pre-nWo) is neon cowboy. There's also the Slim Jim exclusive. Macho’s attire changes in style are easy to pinpoint. His 91-early-92 attires were more plain than they’d eventually become. It changed around Mania 8 when the neon cowboy era properly kicked off. Slim Jim figure has tights that aren’t something he even he ever wore. |

We don't have Macho from Summerslam 89 either yet. I think Muta ia cool figure but if you're thinking The Greet Muta is going to outsell the Macho Man then you're living in a dream world. why are people comparing Mach to Great Muta? This is the first time we’re getting a WWE Great Muta. A highly requested figure. Macho has already gotten plenty of looks and there’s something for everyone if they’re searching. I’m really excited, this fills in the gap and brings my collection closer to completion. There are some Macho Man attires I’d like, but in the end I’m okay with the ones Mattel gave us. There are so many Muta looks to cover imo. I’m sure we’ll get Macho Man under a contract at some point again. |

The Great Muta will sell better than any Hogan figure revealed this weekend, brother. That Hogan three pack sold out at ALL 5 local Target stores around me. I don't care if you believe me or not but I spoke directly with employees at each store to confirm this. If Mattel would make a decent 1990 Hulk Mint On Card then that figure alone would fund mutilple lines. Me and my buddy are working on it and as soon as I get my next paycheck I'm ordering the last piece of the puzzle and I will show you guys what a real Hogan figure MOC is supposed to look like. |
