And selling on secondary, loose, for the original price of the 3-pack. Love Mattel all you want Lord of the Boards, but it was available for retail and cheap AF prices within the past year. A new suit color or extra heads would've made it a good deal. It’s a re-release line. It’s supposed to be the same figure. We haven’t even seen it MOC yet, to see what it comes with. The point is, Mattel is giving collectors a chance to own a figure that was only released in a 3-pack… at a normal RSC Exclusive Elite price. |

Wow. Just wow. They’re rereleasing a figure that is barely two years old that was easily obtainable on Amazon for a long period of time? Ok then. I guess we are throwing that 10 year rule right out the window.

Got Billy and Shawn. Already have the OG Shawn release, but the head and hands make it better. Wish it had the blue and some stubble. Glad to have another shot at pink shorts Billy. Will pick up another set of Outlaws sealed if they fix Road Doggs missing wrist tape.

I might wait for more finalized images of some of these to decide. I’m think I’m doing the same. I’m clearly an advocate for updating my collection with better scans/articulation, but I question some of these at this stage. And have all the original releases (I think). Road Dogg missing the black tape because they used the Legends 14 figure. Hopefully that has the tape added on. Eddie just had the Ultimate released. Yeah the torso is a bad choice, but I don’t think this would be an upgrade. Same with the Diesel. Would display better than the Elite 16 though. Undertaker is a possibility for better articulation and headscan to display. Same with Rikishi, Billy and DX Shawn. Heyman is probably a pass, but it looks like he might actually have the ponytail. If not, it’s a 100% re-release of the 3-pack. |

Love that I'm going to have modern Elites of both my favorite HBK attires. I got the rerelease of the WMXIV one last year - I had the original from eBay, but the GH one was a big time upgrade. Can't wait to get that DX IYH one. Long time grail for me that I missed out on originally.

I have an old ponytail Heyman, and the one from the three pack, and this 100% just looks like the three pack. |
