 Raw preview, Apr. 22, 2024: New Women's World Champion will be crowned in a special Battle Royal on Raw
After the stunning announcement by Rhea Ripley that she must vacate the Women's World Championship due to injury, a new champion will now be crowned live in a special Battle Royal tonight on Monday Night Raw.
The Battle Royal will include the following Superstars:

Tonight, “Re-Generation X” explodes!
Newly crowned World Tag Team Champions Awesome Truth will defend their titles for the first time against Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.
#DIY became No. 1 Contenders this past week, as they took down The New Day and The Creed Brothers in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.
The two teams have been friendly with each other, dubbing themselves “Re-Generation X” after R-Truth kept confusing Gargano and Ciampa with Shawn Michaels and Triple H, respectively.

Andrade has a much-needed ally for his battle against Judgment Day, the high flying Ricochet.
This past week, Andrade defeated “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. After the match, Mysterio and JD McDonagh tried to beat down Andrade, but Ricochet came to the rescue.

The money is in Rhea's Revenge tour, so put the belt on Liv. When Rhea comes back she is granted a title match because she never lost the championship. Everyone thinks Rhea will just steamroll Liv and win the belt, but that's the night that Dom turns on Rhea and the Liv/Dom relationship is revealed.
Liv took everything from Rhea that she loved, like she said she was going to do, and is now a hated heel with Dom by her side. Rhea now has to work her way back to a championship match.

I’d like to see them throw it all out the window tonight and go with Chelsea Green. Good chance for her to morph her character into something even more obnoxious, and she can carry all the promo segments better than just about any woman on the roster imo.
