I bought several of them anyway, but Sting has to be the one Mattel dropped the ball with the worst. The GAB head was too large and looked like he was wearing a mouth guard. The other surfer Sting heads looked just like John Cena in face paint. And that’s not even getting into the parts choices. The DM crow Sting was perfect, but it kills me that we never got one really good surfer Sting. Almost every single custom I see absolutely blows the Mattel figures out of the water. The sad part is that the DM Crow was the very first Sting figure Mattel ever made after acquiring the rights to him so it gave us very high hopes & a false sense of security at the same time … Seriously, how do you drop the ball that freaking hard after coming out of the gate with such a perfect & strong debut figure like that? … The world may never know
