BESIDES THE HITMAN
Who do you think needs a new one?
2 guys that pop to mind are Bob Orton & Paul Orndorff. Mattel has used the same sculpt for these guys for well over 10 years. Not only that but Orton isn’t a very good likeness imo.

Suppose we'll have to see what the Ultimate looks like when it's finished but the Dusty head sculpts have been pretty bad imo
Bulldog hasn't been great, I'm hoping they rectify that in the Coliseum Collection
Razor is kinda spotty, I want to say I only really liked one of the ones that came with the ultimate
Didn't really like the head on Terry Gordy, or the rest of the figure, but I'd imagine that's the only one we'll ever get so it'll have to do

Undertaker.. prior to the Monday night war, he kept getting the same retooled old man Taker scan. Hollywood Hogan for sure, we need a 2003 sculpt and a ‘96 Hogan scan with earring. I feel like Hollywood has been the most neglected version of Hogan for Mattel. All of the other Hogans have new scans. I would love to see some more Kane sculpts from 2003 and down.

Cody Rhodes.
The Elite 101 scan isn’t too bad. The screaming scan isn’t great.
Elite 111 in particular made me realise his likeness isn’t captured all that well at the moment.
I’d also argue Roman Reigns’ headscans leave a lot to be desired.

Roman. The one with the hair in a bun from the Top Picks line a few years ago was great, I don't know why they stopped using it. The goofy smiling one from his Ultimate was not an improvement. I'll reserve judgment on the new likeness that's coming out until the finished product is in my hands.
HBK. A lot of Shawn's figures have decent enough likenesses, they just need more expression. Especially later-era HBK. Some of those are very dull.
Randy Savage, if they get him back. His figures all look great with the hats, bandanas and glasses, but something always felt off to me about his likeness. I think it's the eyes, they're too small. Savage always had some wild eyes, even when he was calm. That would go a long way towards fixing him, IMO.

I mean, if they ever get the license back - they never did Sting any justice on the face scan. Definitely need a proper Surfer Sting face scan.
Honestly I don't think they've nailed down Ted Dibiase - he just doesn't look right to me and I think the JAKKS head was better.
I'm not sure on DDP either, maybe the upcoming Monday Night Wars will be good. I need to take a closer look at it. The original Elite that I have... could be a little better.

I think Orndorff’s scan is perfect. Sure the true FX didn’t look all that great, but the sculpt was there. The L4 head is perfect.

Ted DiBiase needed an updated head sculpt. I haven't seen the new ones with the upcoming Coliseum Collection figure, but I've heard good things. Hopefully they look good in person.
Orndorff, Bret, HBK, Vince McMahon, Don Muraco, Bobby Heenan, Muhammad Ali, Barry Windham, and Sting.
