These are similar to the Ruthless Aggression series. It’s all over the map so for Cali I just show up Tuesday and Thursday and hope for it. It takes a while but usually works out

Lmao, series 2 never even showed up in my area. I bought Series 1 the day they showed up. Think I left a single Hogan on the pegs, and he's been gone for months. Series 2 has never shown up around here. I have versions of most of these guys, but I'm primarily a MNW era WCW collector, so this was right up my alley. I'm willing to go all in on this line if they'll just show up.

Was disappointed with the RVD head scan used. Then I saw the small kickpads mold used too... 🤢🤮
Why Matteldesignteam?

I am with those that are in on this line primarily for the WCW guys! All I have cared about so far are Hall, Nash, (luckily enough I have found both in the wild) and DDP. I will buy Booker in that HH gear if I see it, but I am fine if I don't.

I finally found series 1 at an out of town WM. Unfortunately no Austin is which is the only one I want.

I found The Rock from this series twice in AZ but no one else. Finally a build a figure I want and it’s a series that’s impossible to find.

I had the chance to go to Walmart today. If I had found one, I probably wouldn't have had to pay for it either.
Didn't bother.
There's only one figure in this set I want and I don't want him that much. Plus I have him on preorder.
ALSO, these just don't exist here. At all. I discovered there is a toy reseller in my city who is scooping up all the good stuff. Found that out when I bought some Sami figure stuff from secondary... only to have the return address on the package listed from the other side of town.
I'm never going to find anything, there is one store in this town that sells wrestling figures and this guy is making a living off of them.
(For context: My town is about 6 square miles. Tops. We have one walmart and no target. I have no idea why this guy decided to come here, but he's gonna be really disappointed that his new home is an absolute figure desert and everything he resells he's gonna have to buy online)

I've come to the conclusion that all Walmart cares about is that if they buy 1000 cases of exclusive WWE action figures from Mattel, they sell 1000 cases of exclusive WWE action figures. They do not care even one little bit about: 1. Fulfilling Online Orders 2. Empty / Unstocked shelves 3. Inventory & Inventory Systems 4. Distribution consistency 5. Satisfied Customers This is the reality in 2024. Monday Night Wars is another big distribution failure. They reset their toy aisles in April and the figures have been scarce/nonexistent in most stores since the initial stock, if they even got an initial stock. It's now July and people just aren't finding them. I never saw Series 2 and ended up buying just Nash on eBay. I have series 3 pre-ordered and if it gets canceled, I'm bailing on this line altogether. These should be plentiful in most stores for at least a month once they are released. Shippers are not the answer, and my area didn't even get the Summer shipper last year - I didn't see it anywhere. My God man we get it. You don't have to write a novel every time you don't find a figure at Walmart. Plus you have SDCC Sarge. Count your blessings.

I live within an hour of like 12 Walmarts , if you want something and it’s exclusive to Walmart, then you better be ready to search for it . Its clear Mattel don’t care about its collectors , hell they get everything months early and post them all over IG so they don’t care what we can and can’t find. , or they would stop with the exclusives to Walmart or atleast be transparent about it. This Steve guy has said “these MNW figures will ship after reset in June.” Well it was something like that. Well, where is he now? He’s not here defending Walmart now or giving any updates. That’s for sure

Disaster as usual. Mattel with no f**k given on how ridiculous it is to find these sets.

FYI, I got SDCC Sarge as a Christmas gift from my brother last year, who bought it from the secondary market (I presume). He knew it was one of my "grails" that I missed out on. I was left out in the cold like everyone else on that one.

That’s for sure *Sigh* Didja miss the point about how we only HAVE one walmart? When I say, there is only one walmart, I mean there is only one walmart. The next full sized walmart that actually gets figures is about an hour drive in one direction. I'd love to search for these figures if I didn't live in the damn woods where the closest hub of civilization is at least an hour from me regardless of what direction I travel in.

I've been particularly cranky about it lately. I'll stop. It is understandable to be cranky, especially in this situation with Walmart exclusives. I am hoping that is just newness and such, and behavior in my local area seems to be that maybe toy pallets get either pushed or stacked behind other pallets at the distribution center, as it seems like with this stuff can come out later than other places at times. I knew with Elite 105 for instance, everyone had them and they were gone and I had not seen them yet. My Walmarts (both of them) got in Elite 106 and I really thought I had missed out, and started thinking of the secondary market to get the figures from there that I needed, then a week later my Walmarts got in several cases each of Elite 105 and I was all good on that. That happens more than you would expect, at least where I am located, so hopefully you can find what you need down the line.
