Is anyone else finding these as obnoxious as I am? It's gotten to where I have to turn the sound off to watch.
I don't mind the short little clap chants like "Shayna scares me."
It's the long singsong chants that make me nauseous. They jump and down and wave their arms spastically and sing "Oh yay oh yay.." or some other words or a name endlessly.
Apparently that's something they do when they're drunk and bored at soccer matches, but I doubt those are picked up on tv as much as with PLEs. If WWE won't discourage it, they need to at least muffle the crowd sound when they do that. It's making the product unwatchable.

Having fans do soccer/footy chants all show is better than having them sitting on their hands, playing on their phones or playing with beachballs all show.

I personally love the European crowds. Makes me excited to attend Bash In Berlin. I probably won’t understand a damn thing but I’m expecting the crowd to be alive which is what you want from a crowd.

I vastly prefer the football chants to people having their hands too deep in their nachos and their mouths too full to chant anything like you get 90% of the time in the US.

I'll admit the singing gets old after awhile. Seems like there's an element to the fans wanting to get themselves over but at the same time they barely get shows and they're lively so I like the atmosphere.
The juice is worth the squeeze

Man I wish it didn't bother me so much. A Lays commercial was just on and they were doing it on there. I can't get away from it.
I usually watch with headphones on and a laptop up to my face so I guess it makes me more nauseous than if I was watching on a tv across the room.

I love me a vocal crowd so long as it pertains to the match and they're not trying to get themselves over. It would make zero sense for WWE to discourage such a thing and it would probably end up backfiring on them,
