Taking apart BAF parts

Is there an easy way to do it? I tried with the BAF Rude to see if I could get him on taller legs and m*%$thr*#! I couldn't get his torso off his crotch no matter how hard I pulled. I felt impotent and out of control, which I really
hate. I needed to find sanctuary in a place where I could gather my thoughts and regain my strength.
