X-Pac’s $22 on Amazon if you still need him. I got 2 sets of this set (minus an extra Kane) off there. I’m contemplating getting a 3rd. Because I’m a crazy person. But it’s hard to justify $70 for a third referee.

Also, the Kane-with-arm-band package does not state "Build-A-Figure" like the arm-band free package does, which is what I noticed first.

Left one : US package , missing elbowpads( probally stolen)
right one: International package (canada, europe ect.)

Doesn't say referee or build a figure because of the requirement that anything sold in Quebec has to be dual language.

Amazing to me how much thought has to go into these figures - even just the packaging.
The "TM" vs. the "R".... the "dual language" rule....
We sit here and gripe about drop-down-hips and kickpad boots and distribution problems, and poor face scans..... meanwhile someone at Mattel is working through the night just trying to make the packaging legal.
Then you had that Target 4-pack, which got recalled by WWE over the term "60th", at least that was the rumor.... which appears to be true based on the way that situation was handled....
