Ordered my Chase Sandman in the first hour of preorder...and no shipping yet... It always seems like when things arrive the orders are filled and shipped from most recently ordered to the first orders for that product. I had 3 separate orders for things that recently came into RSC together. The first order that was packed and I got an alert on was the one I ordered days ago. Then later in that day the second one I got an alert on was one I ordered 2nd most recently. The order I put in for 111 the day they were opened up for pre-orders still has not shipped or been packed. This has happened every time I have multiple orders that arrive at the same time at RSC. Not sure if this is truly how things are being processed for everyone, but it sure seems that way for my orders. I have my doubts that I will get my original 111 order by next weekend because RSC got a LOT of sets in at the same time, and they have so many orders to pack and ship. No worries here, but I do think the people who ordered first should be packed and shipped with priority, but that is easy for someone to say who doesn't work there or know how these shipments and stock are handled at all. RSC has always been great to work with though, and they are my preferred place to get my figure fix. |

I'm not sure how things are processed in the warehouse, but I'm assuming multiple people are fulfilling orders and get print outs. There isn't a way that I can think of that they can go in order from first ordered (and RSC has never claimed they would do that) other than having one person go in order, which would take forever. Most likey each employee gets a certain amount of orders to fulfill each day (for example, 100 each). So if employee #1 has 1 to 100, employee #2 has 101 to 200, etc. then order 101 is going to be fulfilled before order 10. And that's assuming they are processed in order. I would process the largest orders first to clear out inventory as fast as possible. From my experience, RSC usually ships everything within a week of in stock so it doesn't bother me if I believe I ordered first and it ships on day 5. Beats the 6-8 weeks for mail orders of the 90s. |

If I were to guess, I’d say they fulfill orders by region (closest to furthest) and who pays for one-two day expedited shipping than those that just pay regular ground. Being on the west coast, we always get things way later than the east for obvious reasons.

God ringside is getting slower and slower on shipping. I ordered when they 1st went up and still 0 shipping notifications. It's 2024 what are we doin??

I have no qualms with Ringside shipping. I feel that it comes down to the option one selects. I always go Priority. The others can be a death trap. I once had a FedEx order come to the local hub only to go to a hub a state away before delivery. When questioned, they claimed it would be faster.

Just getting slower and slower with them I feel Their shipping is better than the other place. Takes them 4 to 5 days to ship after they create the label. Ehhhh idk they both seem pretty bad now. Idk what happened. Rsc use to be quick and now not so much. They are a much bigger retailer I feel than the other. So they should be able to ship out stuff faster |

Had an order recently take 3 days for a label to be added then 4 days to ship it out. 2 weeks for a single item

Eh, I get it but the thing that annoys me is when I get the advertisement emails saying the set is in stock and mine hasn’t shipped several days later when I ordered months in advance. lol
