Well found out why my order and maybe others didn't ship. If u ordered chase sandman they didn't get enough in to fill orders so your gonna have to wait for the next shipment to come in....late August

Well found out why my order and maybe others didn't ship. If u ordered chase sandman they didn't get enough in to fill orders so your gonna have to wait for the next shipment to come in....late August That’s bulls——, I wouldn’t have ordered it if it was backordered. Crazy thing is I ordered it literally when they 1st went up. Like mins and not on backorder. Now gotta wait |

If this is really because of Chase Sandman being back ordered, even though I ordered first day within the first 20 mins, I'm going to lose my mind.
Ringside LIED to me for 2 weeks saying "it would ship by the end of the week", then when I asked again, they said "we're really backed up".
Cool, why not just say you f'ed up and there weren't enough Sandman chase figures and I would have split my order 2 weeks ago, now I've waited extra time, was lied to and now have to probably pay extra to split the order anyway. But rest assured I'm sure the influencers and Major Pod guys got there chase Sandmans.

Another day of my order (Which I ordered within the first hours of it going live) NOT being filled, and radio silence from the folks at Ringside...I want my chase Sandman or at least an explanation of what's going on. I paid 40 plus for my figure, a single figure, I think I'm entitled to THAT much.

Them not sending out an email to those that ordered AND offering a make good of some sort looks REALLY bad. I had a chance to pick one up on Ebay at the price I preordered and would have had it by now. That option is no longer available. I didn't order an item on backorder. If I knew it was going to be “late August” I would have obtained it somewhere else |
