They lied to me too. Told me it would ship out last week. I asked them to split my order because I had stuff on there for my kids birthday and they said they couldn’t due to “staffing shortages”. Been ordering from them since the classic superstars days this is probably it for me just now worth it. Yeah idk what's going on with them. But that's something they should address to us. I ordered mins of it going up and now I have to wait almost 2 months bc of it I just wanted them to send the rest of my order they can keep the chase sandman and the money from my order just wanted the rest of the items for my kids birthday. I will just order the stuff elsewhere nothing more I can do not worth any more hassle. |

This whole debacle reminds me of last Christmas when the issues at the, what was it, Panama canal caused all the orders that were supposed to be in for Christmas to not arrive until late January. And because of it, you had so many kids who didn't get their figures for Christmas.
But at least when that happened, as soon as Ringside knew about the issue, they started sending out emails to everyone who had preorders for December.
The only email I've gotten from them recently like that was on June 18th to alert me that the backorders from Elite 106 were delayed till October. I wasn't really in any hurry for those though, and honestly, if I even get Bearer at all I'll be surprised.
I don't want to be the person to accuse or blast anyone of anything, but yeah. You would really think they'd have sent some sort of mass email out.
ETA: That said, there WERE a boatload of figures all set for early July. I think I had made 4 different pre and back orders all due for late June/Early July, ton of different figures from different sets, and so far I've had three of them ship within the past 2 weeks. The only one still not shipped is the one held up by three mid-july Kevin Owens. But that's the order with my Sandman in it (regular version) so we'll see how it goes.

Just had a email from ben who works at ringside. Said my order should ship by the end of the week. He replied very quickly.

Still nothing official about our Chase Sandman figures. MINE at least. Really wish they’d tell us something. This is ridiculous.

Them not sending out an email to those that ordered AND offering a make good of some sort looks REALLY bad. I had a chance to pick one up on Ebay at the price I preordered and would have had it by now. That option is no longer available. I didn't order an item on backorder. If I knew it was going to be “late August” I would have obtained it somewhere else It's ringside. They're not gonna explain anything to us. Bc they don't care. Just that simple |

I don't agree with many of the other posts on here -- if people are unhappy with the ship times, they should order elsewhere. And RSC did provide an explanation on here.
But this case SUCKS -- I can't believe RSC didn't respond and make good on this so your kid could have their birthday present.

Where did they post that under an official account here that Sandman chase was delayed? An Email to a customer? I didn’t get an email. Just one on Friday that they were shipping them out over the weekend and into this week. I should have received that information in a reply. |

So I just got off the phone with ringside collectibles asking about what's going on with my order with sandman. They told me that they were shorted elite 111 by the manufacture and didn't get enough sets in to meet customer preorder demands and my order has been pushed back to late August. Which is fine...BUT it would have been nice to have been told about it. And I ordered the regular sandman, NOT the chase fig
