I personally dont see the appeal of the retro style figures especially at the prices they go for. I think I'm just too young to appreciate them Yea those things are way overpriced Yeah but, breaking it down to about $32.50 per figure that seems to be about average for a vintage homage figure line made by a small company with a small run. It does make me appreciate that Powertown were able to give their licensed Remco figures Origins-style articulation, multiple hands, belts, soft goods while keeping the price at $25. Not sure how they managed to pull that off for being a small company.

the Big Rubber Guys are probably the most baffling to me. I'm glad collectors are happy with them, and they get sign some great names id love to done again by Mattel, but 50 bucks a piece for how simple they are is crazy to me Theres a lot to take into consideration. These are very niche items by an independent toy company producing at extremely low numbers. Then there’s the cost of licensing the names and likenesses of pretty big name talent. And these are big solid heavy figures so shipping costs has to be outrageously expensive. Honestly, $50 seems pretty reasonable. Fair point. I suppose as long as the collectors are happy that's all that matters

Excuse me Mr Tom! But some of us round these parts are really really slow! And frankly, I don't see what EXCLUSIVE information you, as an employee of RINGSIDE COLLECTIBLES, could ULTIMATEly provide regarding Mattel making us the STEINER BROTHERS toys we've been begging for for the last year or TWO- So how about you PACK it in, and go work on planning this year's RINGSIDE FEST! While I enjoyed this it is inaccurate ![:D](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/grin.gif) Tom, you deceived me.
