why the  would they cut that?? that may be the one thing to get them the big exposure they need.. The one thing that gets me interested in ROH and the big angle that ends it.. and the dumb mother ers cut it.. Gabe is a god damn fool Seriously, why don't you try to think? First of all, with Sydal/Delirious getting brought down by Sydal's concussion, the DVD really didn't have anything "exclusive" to help it sell, and this will be a guaranteed selling point. Second of all, if you're a casual fan, do you really want to see someone hung (granted, hog-tied and hung) so soon after Benoit did himself in? As much as I'd like to see this angle on PPV, I'd rather see them not alienate new fans. There's a reason I stick to spam... yeah, because putting something on an online exclusive DVD is definately the way to get your angle over with a new audiance out there.. If we're in the game of not offending anyone, then we're playing the wrong game. this is professional wrestling, where stepping on a woman as a footstool is perfectly acceptable. I don't think anyone would have been offended by this that wouldn't already pick apart the Pay Per View and crapon it anyways. this is the type of thing ROH needs. Appeal to that angry teenage demographic. Appeal to the demographic that WWE and TNA are both missing right now.. It's a damn fine angle and for whatever reason, they are chosing to just show a few people (or maybe no one except those in attendance). There is no logical reason. If Gabe was smart, not only would this end the PPV, but it'd then be plastered all over the website, get the DVD cover art, would be on any web episodes or whatever, and would OPEN the next PPV. |

Clearly, you don't understand what is best for business. Putting this on a DVD will sell the DVD, which makes more money then PPV sales. Not to mention PPV companies would be unhappy with this type of angle coming from a small company which promotes the exact opposite type of pro wrestling. |

I honestly don't care how I get to see the whole thing, I just can't wait to actually get to. This whole P161 thing has come off great and their debut sounds like it went perfectly. ROH has definitely earned a DVD buy from me on this one..

Well, it's going to be on the video wire apparently, so I guess they're not TOO worried about "how it represents their company"

If anything this just adds to the angle more. On the next show Jacobs can cut a promo about how ROH is trying to keep them off of PPV. it'll help the angle more...plus its something that could get me interested in ROH... plus its a way for them 2 get the fans to purchase the event twice...once on PPV then again, uncut on DVD... its probably the best thing for them to do with the way the angle played out... |

A rebuttal would be better, with someone explaining why they're giving this away for free. Please don't say "to tease people and see it play out" since to any extent in showing the video outside of DVD or PPV, they're contradicting themselves. crapthough, I just wanna see how well the angle comes off in production. |
