2007 NIWFL Thread Week 13 NEW RULE/STUFF 5/25

1.) Each roster must consist of a minimum of 7 wrestlers, and a maximum of 13 wrestlers.

2.) Sometime during the week leading up to a (ROH, PWG, IWA-MS, CHIKARA, or CZW) card, an announcement will be made in this exact post that will state what shows are going to be scored, and what the cards are.

3.) Sometime before the scheduled events are over, everyone must PRIVATE MESSAGE me their 3 starting Upper Card Wrestlers, and 4 starting Lower Card Wrestlers. PM THEM, DO NOT POST THEM!

4.) Now, points will be calculated using the following system:



5.) I am going to have a team of scorers (myself being one) and we will evenly distribute the teams among us, calculating the total points per team based on the results.

6.) This will be an 18 Week league. 9 weeks, the original date, is just too short. It's barely over 2 months, and re-drafting and stuff would be way too much. Just about the same length of the Pick 'Ems season, 18 weeks will fly by.

7.) Every team will play every other team TWO TIMES. There will be head-to-head scheduling, with the schedules planned out below.

8.) Free Agency for the entire year will be handled in its own post. One topic for all this **** is too much.

9.) If matches are added/removed/unadvertised than from the posted cards they will still count (or not count) to the point total.

10.) Over the course of the season, if I see fit, wrestlers may be shifted from UCW status to LCW status and vice versa. You will than have to adjust your starting rosters accordingly. For example, if like Delirious wins the ROH Title, he'll be moved to UCW, and no one could start him at LCW anymore.

11.) NEW RULE AS OF 04/15/07: The playoff system has been determined. Since we are almost at the mid-point of the season, the next 9 weeks will be all about the playoffs, which will be pretty simple.

After Week 18, the TWO teams in spots 9 & 10 will be done. Now, there will be 8 teams officially in the playoffs. They will be seeded from the #1 ranked team to #8 ranked team, and matched accordingly. 4 matches will then take place, and the losers after one week will be out of contention. The next 4 team will face off, with the 2 losers being eliminated. This leaves the final two teams to compete in the NIWFL SUPER BOWL! Only 2 teams will not make the playoffs, so make sure you scrap for every point possible!

12.) FROM NOW ON, as of May 25th, 2007, if you do not PM me starters, you will simply receive 0 points for the specified week. Easy as that.

13.) Most of all, have fun, and participate every week.
