I did it through chat on their website. They first told me they could do it, then said they couldn't because my order was older than two weeks. But ultimately said they'll do it as a 'one-time courtesy' due to me being a loyal customer. It's worth asking them again, and again, and again. Just had the same experience and they shorted me ($1.58 between the 2 I ordered), too lol math is hard sometimes. |

IF your item has shipped, go for it. Target chat is easy to deal with it imo. target has some of the best CS around. |
