I've seen NONE of these in store, same with the TMNT. If anyone wants to keep me in mind if they happen to come across them and are willing to let them go for something around retail+shipping I'd be super grateful

Finally found the wave, Tugboat and Booker at one Target, and IRS at another.
Unfortunately, I went to Mercari earlier in the week for Tugboat because I have no patience. Fortunately, I had a 5$ coupon and he only cost he about 27$ total.

was just able to place an order for the whole wave on the target app, and right after I ordered them they became unavailable for shipping again...was able to score them with the coupons target is running. So keep an eye on the app with the links from the first page of this thread.

I need the tugboat from this set in the worst way. Contemplating just going on secondary since it seems unlikely that they'll be on the app at a point I can get them
