As someone who is more or less neutral about and receptive to Hogan figures, my main observation is that I can't really discern a meaningful difference between most of them. When I see peoples lists of most wanted attires, I look them up and then I think, "Don't we already have about 29 figures of this look?" Before being informed that his headband was actually marginally wider at this PPV than in the previous figures, or that no figure has yet accurately represented the precise recession of his hairline during that period or something.
In my feeble, TikTok-addled zoomer mind, there are three discrete, archetypal Hulk Hogans. Hulkamania Hogan, Hollywood Hogan, and 2002 Hogan. The upcoming UE (which looks fantastic, by the way) completes the canon of Hulk Hogan Figures We Need. Any variations beyond or within this trichotomy are lost on me, but I'm glad all the little Hulkamaniacs get to live out their fig dreams, brother.
In all seriousness though, it is weird that they haven't thrown us a Hulk Machine headscan and cloth singlet considering we got that Giant Machine figure years ago. |

I know a lot of people are tired of getting more Hogan figures, and I understand if you feel that way (I personally don’t). But we’ve had some good ones recently and there’s still some more looks of the Hulkster I’d like to see made. Suburban Commando, Mr. Nanny, and Piledriver Hogans would probably all be ones I would actually buy, but for the most part I have no use for Hogan in my collection at all.
I do want Ichiban Hogan for my Wrestlecrap shelf just because at this point the figure itself deserves an entry on the list. (As does Weasel Suit Heenan who is already on my to-buy list)

I've got three ultimates, including Rip, and two legends figs from this year which is already more Hogans than I thought I'd ever have. At this point I think I'm covered unless they do something out there like the Sleeveless Tux or Pastamania Hogan

Th only Hogan's i wanted were
- SummerSlam 2005/2006
- Hollywood Hogan
- SvR07 (Bandana & Shirt)
- The new Legends Series 24 (Bandana & Flag design on shirt)
To make the SvR07, all i need is the 'HULK RULES' shirt off another Elite. The new Hogan 3 pack has a pretty perfect Hollywood i plan to get, and the new Legends Series 23 is that last Bandana/Shirt look i hoped for.
Now, the only one left is an updated 2005/2006 Hulk in the new torso & skintone. But i'm almost tempted to get another Elite 96 & just do a full upper swap.

I’m very much Mr. unconditional Hulkamaniac, but there’s only a few more that I NEED…I’ll buy most of them though. My wish list:
Ultimate HSR from the Edge tag title win (red boots, red bandana, tye dye Hulkamania shirt, red white and blue boas
Ultimate Mr. America with proper tan
Any Hollywood with the film reels on the tights
Python power with different, straight face head scan
Piledriver (can be basic as long as it has the hard hat)
Tan Wolfpac version
Yes, I too want no mustache, sword, mask, weird cloak
Suburban Commando basic 2 pack with the Undertaker
Thunderlips

But the reason it and weasel-suit Heenan are on my list for it is because both figures did so spectacularly bad at retail that the figures *themselves* are wrestlecrap. Ichiban Hogan with the memes of 50 of them rotting on a single shelf, and Weasel-Suit Heenan with how he almost killed the renewed legends line before it began. In both cases, it's not the moments or characters they represent that are wrestlecrap, but there is an entire sub-series on Wrestlecrap as a website dedicated to the very worst of wrestling MERCHANDISE, and those two figures would qualify for me. |

Once they release that red & yellow tie dyed pants '03(?) Hulk Still Rules Hogan, I'm good. Unless, of course, they wanna make a yapapai indian strap match Hogan.

Yellow Hulkamania shirt with no velcro tear in the front. Regular size yellow Hulkamania head band. It should come with an alternate headband with his "camouflage" from mid to late 1987.  |

I'm very excited for the Hulk Still Rules Ultimate. That could be(probably won't) my last Hogan figure as I've got all the other looks I mainly wanted, as ultimates.
I wouldn't say no to an official WCW red and yellow but my fix up will work just fine worst case
