During the Q&A there was a question about giving hints to something in the future. Steve answered saying there was big anniversary coming up next year with multiple figures planned for the 2nd half. Bill said he’s working on a title accessory that’s never been made before and no one will see coming. So let the speculation begin. WrestleMania’s 40th anniversary is next year. Nitro’s 30th (but you’d think that would fall into the Monday Night Wars line). Belts we’ve never gotten include the green IC or the tags from the same era.

20 years since Cena's first WWE title win.
Have they ever made the spinner WWE title actually spin? I can "see" that being what Bill is hinting at if it hasn't been done.

Off the top of my head the only things that come to mind are the 35th anniversary of takers debut and the 40th anniversary of Starrcade 85, Dusty kinda won the NWA world title so that could be something. As far as I know they've never done a casket so maybe that's it

Wont see it coming kinda makes me think it’s something obscure like Mabel’s KOTR belt or Strowman’s GRR belt. Maybe they finally get to release Filthy Animal Rey but this time he comes with the cruiserweight tag that no one remembers.

Hoping the title is the WCW Women's (with Madusa circa 1996), but that probably wouldn't be obscure enough considering Bill said nobody will see it coming. Maybe Lance Storm with his "Canadian" WCW titles (i.e. WCW belts with stickers over them)?

MITB is 20 years old too. A set of Punk, RVD, Brock all with their custom briefcases would be cool. Anyone else have a custom case that’s still around? Didn’t Otis have a lunchbox? I know Sandow and Edge also had one.
