Steve said the second half of next year, which could mean Nitro 30th Anniversary. I also took him to talking about the crowdfund and how they could maybe repackage that to mean the Nitro crowdfund, so maybe the set gets another chance, scaled down? Also, Bill said title accessory, so maybe not even a title? We need another shot |

My prediction (not a prediction it’s a spoiler - sorry I’ll stop!)
30 years since “In Your House” - May 1995! So I’m assuming something celebrating IYH is possible. Maybe a line similar MNW or CC? At least that would be my want… (unless Mattel is going to give away a house lol)

I just don’t see it being Nitro 30. There’s already a line dedicated to Nitro so wouldn’t make much sense to release a set of figures that could just be inserted there. I don’t know what they could do that would make it feel special and differentiate itself from that series.

40th Anniversary of WrestleMania makes sense. Theres a few iconic looks from that event they haven’t done. Andre with a duffel bag of cash. Piper with the Panther shirt. US Express. Maybe Cyndi Lauper.
*plus they’re not above recycling old looks. Wouldn’t be surprised if we get elite versions of WM1 Hogan and Mr T, possibly Ali too. Theres also BJS, Orndorff, Richter, Sheik, and Volkoff that could get tweaked re-releases.

Smackdown debuted in April and that set came out 2nd half. Evolution turned on Orton in Aug and that’s coming in January. These releases don’t always coincide with the exact time of the year they happened. And yes there is a WM line but its annual with only 5 figs pulling from 40 years of history while balancing modern and classic looks and never focuses on one specific show. And while 2K may have had a 40 years of Mania mode, I don’t recall WWE ever really doing a big to do over the 40th Mania and Mattel certainly didn’t. |

There was a comment in the Q&A about the failed crowdfund and reworking it somehow, so my guess would be scaled down version of the Nitro stage.
That would certainly be “unexpected” - as Bill said - considering we were told we’d never get another shot, but here we are with Rey and Warrior as Elites.
