There was a comment in the Q&A about the failed crowdfund and reworking it somehow, so my guess would be scaled down version of the Nitro stage. That would certainly be “unexpected” - as Bill said - considering we were told we’d never get another shot, but here we are with Rey and Warrior as Elites. Well Steve said there will be multiple figures to honor that anniversary. So either a limited series or a box set is what that sounds like. And Bill was referring to a title for something no one would see coming. |

It's the 30th anniversary of Heyman buying ECW and the 20th anniversary of ONS 2005. Could that be anything? I think most associate the official birth of ECW when Shane threw out the 10 lbs of gold and Eastern rebranded as Extreme and broke away from NWA. So I don’t think Mattel will recognize Paul acquiring it as any significant milestone. This year woulda been the time to honor ECW. |

Usually when Bill says something along these lines, it definitely surprises us but it's not something we were asking to get. Like Ali in a wrestling line.
I would absolutely love Lance Storm with the Canadian US Title. Other than that, I can't even really think of a belt I want that would be unexpected. We need the Light Heavyweight belt but that's a thing we've all asked about numerous times. Either of the ECW World Titles that predated the Taz title would be really amazing. That's not what I'm expecting, though.
I'd say Rock n Wrestling or Nitro are really good guesses on the anniversary. We're already getting the MNW line, though. So unless they're going to sign a bunch of WCW people like Alex Wright, Bagwell, Bull Nakano, and Johnny B Badd, not sure how much mileage they could get out of any kind of celebration.

The Vegas big gold would be cool. A belt made by the WWF to replace the Crumrine that ended up on WCW tv years later.
It would require Ric Flair to sign again to make sense, but would be a deep cut.

WM1 was where my mind immediately went. Especially considering WWE didn’t seem to make as big of a deal of the milestone with WMXL like they did with X, XX, 25 (which they incorrectly called the 25th anniversary), and XXX. |

What about R Truth (Ron Killings) and the NWA title. First black man to win the title, and lets you put a rare title on a current day figure to move. I realize this happened while in TNA but since WWE and TNA have been on good terms, plus Mattel has made the NWA belt before, I feel like this could be a realistic thing.

But Bill wouldn’t be working on that title because we already got it with Harley. And Truth today is a lower card guy so I doubt they’d do something obscure with him like a K-Kwik with an NWA title. |
