Punk and Gunther definitely.
Mattel seem to be averse to doing an Elite Gunther in blue though - I thought WM39 was a shoe-in for an Elite, yet still no sign.

That Punk would be perfect for the ultimate line. First PPV singles match in the WWE in a decade. Multiple heads, hands, hoodie, and the bracelet and we are set.
Cody would look great as an ultimate as well.
