Nick Patrick would make for a great WCW/NWO 2-in-1 figure: classic blue shirt (short sleeved), serious headscan with goatee, removeable cloth nwo shirt, neckbrace and sunglasses accessories
Konnan would work well for a chase (NWO in black and white colors/Wolfpac in red and black colors), with porkpie hat, cloth plaid shirt, and sunglasses
By the way people, AFA has previously clarified that in order to make NWO Sting, both Steve Borden AND Jeff Farmer would need to be signed at the same time. So pretty unlikely. But it was an important storyline and character so hopefully a figure is possible someday.
I'd prefer a Dungeon Of Doom version of Big Bubba Rogers with a new headscan, thicker bushier beard, and a trenchcoat.
I'd prefer a Chosen One era Jeff Jarrett.
I'd prefer a non-NWO Disco Inferno in his white disco suit, removeable shirt/vest/jacket etc.
I'd prefer a Kronik era Brian Adams.
I'd prefer a late-WCW Buff Bagwell in red airbrushed tights with top hat.
I would also buy these, which are missing from your list (not that they would get many votes), though again I would prefer non-NWO versions:
-Midajah (I'd prefer Scott Steiner valet era)
-Tylene Buck/Major Gunns (I'd prefer Misfits In Action era)
-Harris Twins/Skull & 8-Ball (I'd prefer Disciples Of Apocalypse era)
-David Flair (I'd prefer Insane Asylum era)
-Torrie Wilson (I'd prefer Filthy Animals era)
Finally I might buy a NWO Ted DiBiase if he had a new serious headscan with darker hair, but he's very low on my wishlist.

Jarrett-95 IC champ, 99 IC champ don't piss me off/WCW. Jarrett could just come with 2 shirts for his WCW tenure and he'd be goood.
